Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts

payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

  • Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in

compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances.

  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and coordinate with banks for financial

transactions.

  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to assist business

decision-making.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in

financial operations.

  • Provide financial insights to management for cost optimization and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Strong background in accounting within a product/manufacturing industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation, GST, and other

compliance.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP systems) and MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
