What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimise ad campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads

.
- Run campaigns for
e-commerce + lead-gen clients

(hospitality, real estate, fitness).
- Crush KPIs—whether it's ROAS, CPL, conversions, or lead quality.
- Collaborate with our creative team to ideate
scroll-stopping ad creatives

.
- Use
GA4, Meta dashboards, and AI-driven tools

to track, measure, and report performance.
- Stay on top of platform updates, testing new strategies and formats before anyone else.
- Create clear performance reports and insights that clients actually
understand

.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of
    hands-on paid ads experience

(Google, Meta, Bing).
- Proven record of scaling campaigns profitably.
- Strong grasp of
analytics & reporting tools

(GA4, Looker Studio, Meta dashboards).
- Ability to balance
creative thinking

with
data-driven execution

.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts across industries.
- A growth hacker's mindset—test, optimise, repeat.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with
    AI-driven ad tools

- Familiarity with landing page CRO and funnel optimisation.
- Certification(s) in Google Ads / Meta Ads.
