Staff Engineer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Seasoned Team Lead / Staff Engineer
to drive our
Agentic AI product development
efforts. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, efficient, and production-grade Agentic AI systems that operate across cloud and edge environments.

You will work closely with our R&D and Product teams to bridge the gap between
research innovation
and
real-world productization
, making critical design decisions around model architectures, quantization trade-offs, deployment efficiency, and responsiveness.

This is a
key technical leadership role
that directly influences our product roadmap, system architecture, and long-term technology vision.

What You'll Do?

●
Lead
design, research, and implementation of Agentic AI systems optimized for performance, adaptability, and production readiness.

● Architect solutions balancing
model size, accuracy, task specialization, and latency
across diverse deployment environments (cloud, on-device, hybrid).

● Own the
end-to-end lifecycle
from experimentation and training to deployment, debugging, and optimization.

● Work on
model quantization, pruning, distillation
, and other efficiency techniques to achieve lightweight yet high-performing models.

● Build and oversee
autonomous agent frameworks
that are capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex software generation tasks.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend, DevOps) to ensure smooth integration and scaling.

● Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a high-performance, research-driven engineering culture.

● Anticipate and solve for
long-term scaling challenges
, including concurrency, latency, and user growth.

What we're Looking For?

●
Strong background
in LLMs based systems with deep hands-on experience in model development, optimization, and deployment.

● Proven experience Developing
Agentic AI, LLM-based orchestration
, or
AI system architecture
(LangGraph, CrewAI, custom frameworks, etc.).

● Demonstrated expertise in at least one of
multi-agent systems, software development agents, embedded software & edge AI.

● Excellent understanding of
trade-offs
between model capacity, accuracy, response latency, and hardware constraints.

● Hands-on with
Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, Ray, Triton Inference Server
, or equivalent frameworks.

● Experience building
production-grade AI systems
with focus on reliability, debugging, and performance optimization.

● Strong grasp of
software engineering best practices
; version control, CI/CD, testing, profiling, and system monitoring.

● Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
; balancing rapid prototyping with production quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

●
PhD or MS
in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

● Published or contributed to
research in AI systems, agent frameworks, or efficient model architectures.

● Prior experience leading
R&D or applied AI teams
in startup or research lab environments.

● Deep interest in the future of
autonomous systems, agentic reasoning, and AI-driven software engineering.
