Role Description

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our growing team in a full-time, remote role. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to craft intuitive, user-centric digital solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Design Thinking and User Research to identify user needs and develop effective design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles, with the ability to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
  • Experience with Prototyping tools and techniques to convey design ideas and gather feedback effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into simple, user-centric solutions.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary remote team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams on innovative digital projects is a plus.
