Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of issues and provide root cause analysis reports.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and fix bugs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with issue tracking tools and version control systems.
