Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Supervise facility staff, including custodians and maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. 2
  • Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring all work meets established service and quality standards. 2
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and compliance with financial regulations. 2
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing safety protocols. 2
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services, ensuring quality and compliance with contracts. 2

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,390.10 per month
