We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team at Manohar Villas Resort in the front office. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Basic knowledge of front office operations and procedures is necessary.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
