Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive
to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers—understanding their requirements, recommending the right products, ensuring smooth order placement, and providing excellent post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to orders and product requirements.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable product options, especially customized solutions for Awnopy.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchase process, from inquiry to order confirmation.
  • Provide post-sales support including order updates, issue resolution, and after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, clear, and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or any Graduate.
  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years in customer support, telesales, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills
    (mandatory).
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries patiently.
  • Flexible to work in both office shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
