Job Summary:

APPWRK IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the successful execution of projects by analyzing requirements, defining processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to implement business solutions.
  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Develop functional and non-functional specifications for system development.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure clear communication of business needs.
  • Assist in developing use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and data models.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in testing and validation to ensure business needs are met before implementation.
  • Support project execution and ensure smooth delivery within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Visio.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
