What is the profile of an SAP FICO Trainer?

SAP FICO Trainer Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP FICO processes, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities: Conduct SAP FICO training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and online.

Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to facilitate effective learning.

Customize training content to meet the specific needs of participants and organizations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and incorporate them into training programs.

Provide guidance and support to trainees, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Assess the progress of trainees through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.

Offer feedback and recommendations for improvement to trainees.

Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance training offerings.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP FICO.

Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

SAP FICO certification or equivalent relevant certification is strongly preferred.

Proven experience working with SAP FICO, including configuration and implementation.

Previous experience as an SAP FICO Trainer or a similar role is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of expertise.

Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire trainees. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using training tools and software.

Willingness to travel to deliver in-person training sessions (if required).

Continuous learning mindset to stay current with SAP FICO advancements.

Location – Thane Location.10 to 6:30 pm Mon to Sat working
