Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gorakhpur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting market research, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will also be required to participate in community outreach programs and represent the company at various events.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research and identifying potential customers
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
