Key Responsibilities:

Visionary Leadership:

Define and articulate the product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Drive innovation by proposing new product ideas, improvements, and creative solutions to business challenges.

Foster a culture of forward-thinking and continuous improvement within the team.

Technical Knowledge:

Use basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with development teams and understand technical constraints.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle and manage Agile methodologies, using tools such as Jira or Trello.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable development plans.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members.

Negotiate and balance competing priorities to achieve consensus and ensure that stakeholder expectations are met.

Customer-Centric Focus:

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations.

Ensure the product delivers genuine value, aligning customer feedback with product enhancements.

Analytical & Innovative Thinking:

Utilize data and metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Approach problems creatively and propose innovative solutions to address challenges and seize new opportunities.

Validate product assumptions using data analytics and performance metrics.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred).

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.

Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

Innovative thinking with a passion for driving creative solutions and product improvements.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand the technical aspects of the product.

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and validate product assumptions.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding and meeting user needs.

Exceptional organizational skills with experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage transitions effectively.

In-depth knowledge of market trends and financial planning related to product development.
