Job Title: IT Project Delivery Manager

Location: Near Silk Board Metro Station, BTM Layout, Bangalore

Education: MBA (Project Management / IT / Operations) or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 2-6 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Objective

To ensure on-time, high-quality ERP project deliveries by coordinating between functional consultants, developers, and clients. The Ops Manager drives projects using Agile Sprint methodology, manages risks and escalations, and ensures management always has a clear picture of delivery status.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Agile Coordination

  1. Coordinate with ERP Functional Consultant team, developers, and clients for smooth sprint-based deliveries.
  2. Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  3. Track sprint progress in Jira/ERP; ensure story/task completion as per sprint goals.
  4. Monitor project timelines and highlight risks well in advance.

Client Communication & Escalation Handling

  1. Act as the single point of contact for clients during project delivery.
  2. Provide structured updates (status, risks, next steps) at agreed intervals.
  3. Manage escalations professionally and ensure corrective actions are taken quickly.
  4. Build strong client trust by ensuring commitments are met.

Reporting & Governance

  1. Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards for management.
  2. Highlight risks, delays, and dependencies early to avoid last-minute surprises.
  3. Ensure all delivery documentation (SOW, CR logs, UAT sign-offs, handover notes) is maintained.
  4. Drive compliance with internal SOPs and Agile best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. 90% sprint commitments achieved on time.
  2. 95% client communications answered within SLA.
  3. 10% escalations reaching Top Management.
  4. Weekly reporting accuracy is 100%.
  5. Client satisfaction 4/5.

Desired Profile

  1. Experience: 2-6 years in IT/ERP project management, delivery coordination, or operations.
  2. Hands-on knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Sprint methodology.
  3. Familiarity with Any ERP is a big plus.
  4. Strong communication (English + Hindi), assertive leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring team accountability.
