Role Description

RSC Group Dholera is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring quality talent, especially for sales, marketing, CRM, site operations, and corporate roles.

This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Hire for Sales, Telecalling, CRM, Marketing, Site & Admin roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & databases

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews

Coordinate interviews with department heads

Ensure timely closure of positions

Candidate Management

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Ensure positive candidate experience

Manage offer letters, salary negotiations & joining follow-ups

HR Operations Support

Maintain recruitment trackers & MIS reports

Support onboarding & documentation process

Assist in employee engagement initiatives

Follow HR policies & compliance

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate (HR, Management, or related field preferred)

Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Recruiter

Experience in real estate or sales hiring is a strong plus

Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment

Good coordination & follow-up skills

Proficient in MS Excel & basic HR documentation
