Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Production Executive to join our manufacturing team at our Miroli (Ahmedabad) unit. The selected candidate will be involved in day-to-day production planning, batch processing, quality adherence, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules.

  • Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, QA/QC, and dispatch teams for seamless operations.

  • Maintain accurate production logs and records.

  • Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources.

  • Identify and escalate any production delays or machinery issues.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing setup.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in the chemical/fragrance domain.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and team coordination abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
