Job Title: Field EMI Collection Executive (FOS)

Company: IDFC First Bank (On Roll / Off Roll as applicable)

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work

Location: LUCKNOW

Compensation:

  • CTC: 15,200 per month (Fixed)
  • Incentives: Based on Monthly Collection Targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily field visits to customers for EMI collections on loans (Personal Loan, Consumer Durable, etc.)
  • Follow-up with overdue customers and ensure timely recovery of dues.
  • Update payment status using the mobile app or reporting system.
  • Maintain daily visit and collection records.
  • Explain consequences of default to customers professionally.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets to earn performance incentives.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders / Collection Managers for escalations or dispute cases.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Experience: (Freshers can apply).
  • Must Have:

  • Own Two-Wheeler

  • Valid Driving License
  • Android Smartphone (for reporting and data entry)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Working Days & Timing:

6 DAY WORKING WITH ONE ROTATIONAL WEEK OFFS.
