Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities.
  • Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integration patterns
  • Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL)
  • Declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules)
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management on Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
