WE REQUIRE AN EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR OUR OFFSET PRINTING COMPANY FOR IMMEDIATE START BEFORE 30 SEP 2025.

We are an offset / digital printing company based in DR Congo, Africa - We are looking for a mature, responsible, motivated, enthusiastic, honest, energetic Production manager with Experience in offset printing and looking after the entire production department including manpower management, allocating jobs to staff, getting jobs done and planning the printing.

You will be Responsible for factory staff management, solving machine problems, job Scheduling, Materials planning, Man power controlling

Production and quality, training employees, waste reduction, and process parameters

Implementing systems, maintenance and troubleshooting of all printing machines. Basically you will be in charge of the entire production department.

1. Production Oversight:

2. Ensure all machines deliver quality and quantity output as per targets.

3. Supervise and guide supervisors to meet production goals.

4. Training & Development:

5. Enhance the technical skills of subordinates through training.

6. Quality Control & Compliance:

7. Approve job plans and ensure production quality standards are met.

8. Maintain accurate production documentation and adhere to SOPs.

9. Efficiency Management:

10. Minimize wastage and improve operational efficiency.

11. CAPA Management:

12. Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring issues.

13. Safety & Discipline:

14. Ensure safety protocols and discipline within the team (uniform, breaks).

15. Monitor and address any safety or breakdown incidents.

16. Housekeeping:

17. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the printing department.

19. Provide daily updates on production performance to the GM-Operations.

• Production Output: Ensure timely and quality production.
• Quality: Address and resolve any quality issues.
• Discipline & Safety: Ensure a disciplined, safe work environment.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and order in the department.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure high standards in all processes.

• You must have experience in Offset Printing Industry (minimum 7 Years)

• Should have knowledge of all Offset Machines

• Must be able to execute all Print Production jobs in co ordination with planning personnel to ensure completion .

• Must posses leadership skills and have technical knowledge on printing machines

• Should have worked in a commercial printing press before.

• Be able to oversee the entire production operation, including look after the procurement of materials, manage stores etc.

• Have business knowledge and good at maths.

• Must be business minded and a problem solver.

• Mut be able to use excel, word etc.

We are looking for an active individual who is willing to move to DR Congo in Africa for a minimum 2 year contract. This individual will be very proactive, enthusiastic, motivated and will be willing to move up the ladder in the company.

English language is a must, French knowledge is highly regarded. Applications from all over the world are welcome.

1. You will be required to stay in Congo for a duration of 2 years minimum term contract.

2. Salary will be negotiable depending on your experience between $1000 - $1200. You will be provided with sharing accommodation in large size house, with TV, servant and cook. Gym facility is also provided. Transport to work is provided by company. Security is also provided, and Congo is a relatively safe country.

3. Congo is very different to India, so you will be required to adapt to different culture and atmosphere easily.

4. You must be between 22 to 45 years.

5. You must be young and energetic and have some knowledge of digital and large format printing machines and be very proactive, dedicated and responsible.

6.You must have knowledge of offset and digital printing.

1. You must be a non drinker or light drinker.

2. You must not have any health issues and must be active and physically fit.

3. You are willing to take up a new challenge in life to progress and be promoted in the company.

4. You will be responsible for managing a team of 70 staff under you, so we require someone who is a responsible mature person with leadership qualities and has good interpersonal skills with customers and staff.

5. We expect that you have experience in all of the above prior to coming to Congo.

6. Africa background will be preferred but not necessary.

7. We require a deposit of 50,000 rupees from you on acceptance of our offer. This deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days after arriving to congo. The reason for this deposit is so that we know you are serious and you will not change your mind after we begin applying for your visa and purchase your air ticket.
