Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, strong client networking skills, and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales and marketing.
Industry: Electrical (Panel Manufacturing with Automation)
Location: New Town, Kolkata
Reporting to: MD/ CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels, LT/HT switchboards, and automation solutions.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of electrical panels (PCC, MCC etc.) and automation systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship Management and business development abilities.
Knowledge of electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and project estimation is an added advantage.
Leadership qualities with team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical panel boards and automation system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
