Environmental Engineer

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering
• Postgraduate Degree in a relevant discipline or Any Degree with relevant experience
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in consultancy services related to:
• Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
• Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
• Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR)
• Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE)
• Boilers
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit documentation for:
• Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) under TNPCB (Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board)
• Handle online procedures and e-filing via OCMMS portal
• Draft reports and documentation for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Liaise and manage regulatory matters with TNPCB and CMWSSB
• Respond and resolve Show Cause Notices (SCN) and other official communications
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submission of all required documents
• Key Skills Required:
• Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations and pollution control norms
• Proficient in OCMMS online portal usage
• Excellent documentation and report preparation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving regulatory notices
• Salary: 3LPA (Based on work experience and industry standards)
