Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive to drive on-ground promotional efforts and lead generation for our school. This role involves coordinating events, engaging with parents, handling admissions inquiries, and playing an active role in managing the end-to-end admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Promotions & Lead Generation

  • Execute promotional activities such as school fairs, helpdesks or kiosks, pamphlet distribution, and tie-ups with preschools or corporates to generate admissions leads.
  • Conduct targeted outreach through local community events and partnerships to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.

2. Market Tracking & Competitor Analysis

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor information to refine promotional strategies and messaging.

3. Tele-Calling & Follow-Up

  • Engage in proactive tele-calling to generate walk-ins and follow up with prospective parents to drive admission conversions.

4. Admission Enquiries & Process Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for admission-related queries via phone, email, and campus visits.
  • Manage the full admissions process, from initial inquiry to student enrollment, maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.

5. Database & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, current students, registrations, and students exiting the school.
  • Generate daily and periodic reports on lead generation, admissions progress, and marketing effectiveness.
