Role Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on One Trust GRC technical expert to lead the implementation of our new platform. You will be responsible for the technical configuration, integration, and deployment of the solution. You will work directly with our Information Security Manager and DPO to translate their GRC strategy and requirements into a fully functional and automated platform.

Core Responsibilities:

? Platform Configuration & Automation:

? Perform the hands-on technical setup and configuration of One Trust GRC modules (Risk, Policy, Compliance, etc.).

? Build and deploy automated workflows for key processes like risk assessments, control testing, and policy reviews based on designs provided by stakeholders.

? Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls (RBAC).

? System Integration:

? Execute the technical integration of One Trust with our key systems, including Jira, Kandi, AWS, and Google Workspace.

? Ensure reliable data flow between platforms for assets, evidence, and remediation ticketing.

? Data & Framework Implementation:

? Migrate existing data such as risk registers, control libraries, and policies into the platform.

? Operationalize our chosen compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, EU AI Act) within the tool by mapping controls and assets as directed.

? Reporting & Technical Support:

? Build and customize dashboards and reports for management and audit purposes.

? Provide technical training and act as the primary technical support contact for the One Trust platform.

Key Requirements:

? Must have proven, hands-on experience leading the technical implementation of One Trust GRC.

? Strong technical skills in configuring One Trust modules, workflows, and integrations.

? Demonstrated ability to integrate One Trust with third-party systems like Jira and AWS using APIs.

? Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions within the platform.

? Ability to work independently and deliver on technical milestones.

Preferred Qualifications:

? One Trust Professional or Expert Certification.

? Prior experience in a similar technical deployment role.
