We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will bring our civil and interior projects to life through realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations. Youll collaborate with architects, interior designers, and civil engineers to develop compelling visual concepts and support client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations for interior and exterior spaces based on CAD drawings, sketches, and concept designs.
- Develop rendered stills, walkthroughs, and animations using 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent.
- Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure accurate translation of plans into visuals.
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles for photo-realistic outputs.
- Revise designs based on feedback from the design team and clients.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Support presentations by preparing mood boards, concept images, and visual storytelling.
Key Skills & Tools
- Proficient in: 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion or Enscape.
- Understanding of civil/interior construction details and spatial design.
- Strong sense of composition, lighting, and color.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduation/Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating realistic renders and interior/civil visualizations.
- Familiarity with construction drawings and BOQs is a plus.
