**Job Summary**: The 3D Visualizer will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to develop high - quality visualization of proposed designs and projects. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and photorealistic 3D models and renderings of architectural designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high quality and accurate 3D models and renderings of proposed architectural designs.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure visualizations accurately represents proposed designs.
- Develop 3D animations and walk - throughs of proposed designs for use in marketing materials and presentations.
- Make revisions to visualizations as necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Stay up - to - date with the latest 3D Visualization software and techniques to ensure that our visualizations remain cutting - edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in USA Architecture and 3D Visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of rendering techniques, lighting, and animation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
