Solal Panel sales executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Panel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of solar power solutions. The role involves field visits, client meetings, and promoting solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads for solar panel sales.
- Conduct client visits, present product details, and explain the benefits of solar solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Maintain records of sales activities and submit regular reports to the management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Business).
- 2 – 5 years of experience in solar product sales or renewable energy solutions.
- Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
