Membership Executive

Membership Sales & Promotion
- Promote and explain membership plans, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
- Reach out to existing and new leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
- Convert inquiries into membership enrollments by providing clear information and addressing doubts.
- Achieve monthly membership targets set by the organization.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but have not yet enrolled.
- Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback politely and efficiently.
- Assist members with renewals, upgrades, or additional services.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, renewals, and customer interactions.
- Update CRM or internal software with daily lead status and follow-up details.
- Ensure all documentation related to membership is completed and stored properly.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with the marketing, billing, and service delivery teams for smooth onboarding of members.
- Communicate membership status and updates to concerned departments.
- Support the team during promotional events, camps, or outreach programs.
- Assist in planning and executing membership campaigns or offers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on membership conversions and follow-ups.
- Ensure exceptional customer service in both online and offline interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
