Job Description: B2B Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Dairy Products

Location: Uttar Pradesh / North India (as applicable)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Professional with a strong network in the dairy and food-processing ecosystem. The ideal candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in institutional and industrial sales, specifically dealing with dairy products such as paneer, ghee, curd, and chaach. The role requires strong relationship management, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive consistent sales growth in bulk and value-added dairy categories.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and onboard institutional buyers including hotels, restaurants, caterers (HoReCa), distributors, retailers, food processors, and corporate clients.
  • Generate bulk sales for paneer, ghee, curd, chaach, and other dairy products.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Address client needs, resolve issues, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain consistent product quality communication.
  • Build and leverage a wide B2B network for continuous business expansion.

3. Market Development & Expansion

  • Explore new markets, geographies, and product opportunities for dairy B2B sales.
  • Stay updated on competitor pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the production and management teams for product improvement.

4. Pricing, Negotiation & Contracts

  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit limits, and volume commitments.
  • Ensure recovery of payments within specified timelines.

5. Coordination With Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to manage order fulfillment.
  • Communicate daily demand forecasts, special orders, and client requirements.
  • Ensure stock availability and timely dispatch for bulk orders.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and MIS reports.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance updates to management.
  • Track KPIs such as new client acquisition, repeat orders, volume growth, and sales conversions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of B2B sales experience in the dairy or FMCG food sector.
  • Strong network within HoReCa, industrial buyers, food processors, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Proven track record of selling dairy products: Paneer, Ghee, Curd, Chaach, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with dairy quality standards, pricing structures, and supply-chain requirements.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in bulk dairy product sales.
  • Deep knowledge of North India/Uttar Pradesh dairy market.
  • Strong market intelligence and relationship-building abilities.
