Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Developer located in Gurugram. The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating in an agile development environment. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to project planning and code reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in software development languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Spring, Django, or React
  • Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to mentor junior developers
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
