Role Description

  • Lead the development of high-level features, translating requirements into detailed specifications.Drive the design, coding, testing, and deployment of robust software features for enterprise products.
  • Oversee the development of specific software packages, including managing bug fixes, code reviews, and continuous improvements.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex customer challenges, enhancing the value and differentiation of Wi-Fi products.
  • Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to address critical pain points and ensure timely escalation resolutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering skill development and technical excellence.
  • Advocate for process improvements and identify opportunities for enhancing product performance
  • .Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C++ code.Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resourcesCreate design documents and translate designs into high-quality code
  • Good design and implementation using design principles, patterns, and best practices.Good at preparing conceptual and architectural documents
  • Good Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes.
  • Hands-on for doing the required PoC for decision-making.Documenting technical artifacts related to architecture and design.Interacting with customers directly on requirement gathering and further planning with the team.
  • An ability to assess and understand existing platforms and suggest, in case any architecture/design changes are required.Problem-solving skills, driving resolution/tracking technical issues, risks, and dependencies
  • Great interpersonal and communication skillsGood time-management skills

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Layer 4 to Layer 7 protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and DNS
  • Experience in network architecture design and implementation
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with network testing tools and techniques
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
  • Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Nice-to-have skills

Qualifications

7-9 years of work experience in relevant field B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
