Regulatory Manager is responsible to ensure the compliance across all the vehicle movement and warehouses & its storage under the applicable law of land. The position ensures strict compliance with all applicable laws governing the movement, storage, and safety of goods, and involves investigation, legal compliance management, resolution, and proactive prevention of violations. Manager needs to ensure timely release of the vehicles if they get detained by GST officials with any fine or paneities to the Delhivery along-with warehouse inspection by the authorities .

Roles and Responsibilities


GST Compliance for movement- Ensure proactive compliance adherence for vehicle movement especially undersection 24, 31, 48, 67 to 71, 129, 130, 139 and Rule 55, 138. Also resolve vehicle detention cases through liaising with

Govt authorities

Warehouse inspections, searches, and seizures Ensure the compliance for warehouses under GST Law, CustomsLaw, and other allied regulations. i.e. FSSAI procurement & implementation

Carriage by Road Act and other transport-related rules- Procure and Ensure logistics operations under theapplicable act/rules

Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules- ensuring lawful handling, movement, and storage of regulated items.

Hazardous & flammable material handling - legal framework implementation for Hazardous material storage &movement

Liaise with government authorities Expertise to deal with Govt authorities like GST, Customs, FSSAI and otherrelated govt bodies

Licenses Renewal and Record Keeping with maintenance- Keeps track record for all licenses and its renewal,Procure required licenses /certificates if required.

Also need to keep records for all events & related documents asper law prescribed time limit

Develop SOPs- Develop and implement Standard operating process for proactive risk mitigation strategies to avoiddetentions and penalties.

Regulatory Trainings- Conduct training and awareness programs to achieve 100% adherence & compliance.Qualification and Skills



Graduate or postgraduate degree in Law, Commerce, Logistics, Business Administration, or alliedfields.



Certifications in GST, Customs, or other regulatory supply chain compliance preferred.


710 years experience in logistics regulatory compliance, including GST, Customs, and transportlaws.



Direct experience in handling vehicle detentions, warehouse searches, and regulatory audits bygovernment authorities.
