Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive
Office Manager & Admin
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our India office. This
onsite
role ensures the office runs smoothly, facilities are well-maintained, employees are supported, and a healthy workplace culture is fostered. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in office administration/operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-disciplined, dependable, and reliable in handling responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate office needs.
