Production Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Manager to oversee the refined lead manufacturing plant. The role involves managing the complete production processfrom handling scrap batteries as raw material to producing high-purity lead ingots (99.99%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production of refined lead from scrap batteries.
- Ensure refining output meets 99.99% purity standards .
- Oversee safe unloading, storage, and processing of scrap batteries.
- Monitor furnace operations, process temperatures, and refining parameters.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams for smooth operations.
- Track and report raw material usage, lead yield, and production output.
- Implement 5S, Lean, and safety practices in all operations.
- Train and manage production staff and plant workers.
- Ensure compliance with environmental norms and hazardous material handling.
- Maintain proper records of daily production, downtime, and stock movement.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Sound knowledge of lead smelting/refining and battery recycling processes.
- Hands-on experience in furnace operations, refining units, and pollution control equipment.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting tools.
- Familiarity with environmental and safety guidelines (especially lead handling).
