Job Purpose: The candidate will be part of Auditand Assurance Team which handles the Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Ind AS / IFRSAdvisory, Audit of Internal Financial Control etc.,  Role Responsibilities: 1.   Candidate isexpected to work closely with the Partner / Director to build clientrelationships.2.   Must have adetailed understanding of the framework and auditing and accounting standards.3.   Shall havethe ability to execute Statutory Audit / Indian GAAP / Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAPaccounting advisory services4.   Establishing audit objectives, and designing and implementing audit methodologies,processes and audit report criteria    5.   HandlingMajor Audit Engagements including Listed Clients independently6.   Handlingteam in each audit assignment and guiding and mentoring the team members in theassignment7.   Ensureoverall Project Management and Audit Quality Management8.   Discussionwith the Top Management and update / escalate Significant issues well in time duringthe audit.9.   ConductingReviews for the work done by Audit team and ensure submission of data for Partner/ ADs Review at appropriate time.10.To beupdated with all the amendments in the applicable laws applicable11.Expertknowledge in audit of Financial Statement & Consolidation of largecorporates12.LimitedReview of Quarterly Results of Entities13.Tax Audit tobe performed with all the amendments as per Income Tax Law14.Compliancesrelated to - Ind -AS, Accounting Standards / Standards on Auditing / Statutoryreporting and disclosure requirements under Companies Act 2013 / SEBI LODR& RBI Regulations15.Haveknowledge of working in ERP environment and cross border transactions16.Have theability to work under deadlines and demanding client expectations17.Be willingto travel within India18.Have strongsoft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills bothverbal and written.19.Should be ateam player and experience of managing multiple audit engagements    Qualification: 1.   Qualified chartered accountantswith experience in handling statutory audit of large companies (listed in Indiaor abroad) and subsidiaries of foreign companies2.   Rich experience of 6 -10 years inhandling audit of group of entities and consolidated financials3.   Qualified Systems Auditor fromthe ICAI (India) or CISA (USA) is preferred4.   Certificate course on Ind AS /IFRS5.   Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ Oracle6.   Knowledge of US / Japanese /International framework of accounting and auditing  In case you are interested to pursue this role, please share yourprofile with our HR team.
