Key Responsibilities

Agency Identification & Relationship Management

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new agency partners to expand the business pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing agencies.
  • Understand agency goals, campaign needs, and client expectations to provide tailored solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Pursue sales opportunities with agencies seeking influencer, creator, and celebrity-led campaigns.
  • Pitch, present, and sell influencer marketing solutions aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, conversions, and revenue goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline progress.

Campaign Ideation & Collaboration

  • Develop creative, talent-led campaign ideas that align with brand strategies and marketing priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—Talent, Strategy, Creative, Client Servicing—to design and execute influencer campaigns successfully.

Negotiation & Contracting

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and campaign terms.
  • Ensure smooth deal closure and accurate documentation of all agreements.

Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments, and social media platform updates.
  • Keep a pulse on entertainment, pop culture, and digital content trends to recommend relevant talent and campaign ideas.
