We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant PR Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create engaging content for various media channels, including social media, email newsletters, and press releases.
  • Manage crisis communications and develop effective responses to negative publicity or reputational threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze PR metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and how to leverage them for maximum engagement.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative PR solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders is highly desirable.
