We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving business challenges through data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, experience working with data warehouses, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly between business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from Postgres SQL and other data sources.

  • Perform complex data analysis to support business decision-making and operational reporting.

  • Collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and technical developers to ensure seamless system integration and solution delivery.

  • Work within data warehouse environments to validate data accuracy and consistency.

  • Utilize analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to interpret and present data insights.

  • Act as a techno-functional bridge, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and systems.

Required Skills:

  • Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Advanced hands-on experience with SQL queries and data analysis (Postgres SQL experience is a plus).

  • Experience working with Data Warehousing concepts and large data sets.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both business and IT teams.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Experience in performing complex queries involving multiple tables and conditions.

  • Ability to run analyses using SQL, BI tools, or other analytical platforms.

  • Prior experience in healthcare domain is a strong plus.
