Short Job Description – R&D / Technical Supervisor

A highly experienced Technical Supervisor with 8–10 years of supervisory experience in electrical and fire safety domains. Skilled in overseeing field operations, conducting fire drills, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong ability to evaluate, select, and purchase products and equipment related to electrical systems and fire safety solutions.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Conduct and supervise fire drills and ensure adherence to fire safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of product purchasing related to electrical systems, fire alarm systems, and fire protection equipment.
  • Supervise technical teams, allocate tasks, and ensure quality of work.
  • Maintain and inspect fire hydrant systems, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance activities.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

  • ITI – Electrical
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Certifications

  • Fire Hydrant System Certification
  • Fire Safety Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
