Job Location: Rangeilunda, Dist.Ganjam Job Title: System Network Administrator ​Requirement: Immediately or 15 DaysRole DescriptionThe Systems Administrator is a key member ofthe IT department responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's ITinfrastructure, systems, and networks. This role involves ensuring thestability, security, and optimal performance of all IT systems, servers, andservices.ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management: Design, implement,and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers,networking equipment, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.Monitor and manage hardware and softwareresources to ensure efficient operation and scalability.Server Management: Deploy, configure, andmaintain servers across various platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.).Network Administration: Manage and configurenetwork devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.System Security: Implement and maintainsecurity protocols and practices to safeguard IT systems and data. Conductregular security audits and vulnerability assessments.Backup and Disaster Recovery: Design andmaintain backup and disaster recovery plans for critical systems and data.End -User Support: Provide technical supportto end -users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Documentation: Maintain accurate andup -to -date documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in systemsadministration and network management.Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows and Linuxserver environments.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, securitypractices, and firewall configurations.Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware,Hyper -V, etc.).Familiarity with cloud services and architectures (AWS,Azure, etc.).Familiarity with regulatory compliancestandards like GDPR, HIPAA, etc
