Job Description:
As a Patient Care Manager at Zigsaw, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and ensuring efficient communication between doctors, patients, and international business partners. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Following up with patients to obtain updates on their progress and treatment
  • Maintaining comprehensive and organized Excel tracker sheets for patient records
  • Facilitating seamless coordination between doctors and patients, ensuring a smooth flow of information and care
  • Managing relationships and communications with international business partners to support our global healthcare initiatives

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following:
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment
  • For Freshers: A degree in healthcare such as BSc or Diploma is preferred. An MBA with a degree in healthcare would be advantageous.
  • For Experienced Candidates: Previous experience in a hospital setup or related healthcare services is preferred.
