F&B Controller Executive

We are looking for a skilled F&B Controller Executive to join our team at Marriott International, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent control skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage control within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and customer feedback.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
