We are looking for a skilled F&B Controller Executive to join our team at Marriott International, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent control skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage control within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and customer feedback.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
