- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in risk management or analysis.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficient in statistical analysis software and risk assessment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks effectively.
