Key Responsibilities:

  • TDS Calculation and Deduction:

Accurately calculating TDS amounts based on applicable rates and regulations for various payment categories like salary, TDS on property, purchase etc.

Working in hand experience on TDS software (computax, Trace, IT site )

Ensuring that all filling related to TDS compliance to be done in timely manner with all TDS-related requirements

  • TDS Payment and Filing:

Ensuring timely deposit of deducted TDS amounts with the Income Tax Department and filing TDS returns (e.g., Form 26Q, 27Q,26QB).

  • Compliance and Reporting:

Staying updated on TDS regulations, ensuring compliance with all TDS-related requirements, and preparing reports for management.

  • Reconciliations:

Reconciling TDS deducted with the general ledger, vendor/customer accounts, and bank statements.

Justification report with revised TDS return

  • Record Keeping: Documentation

Maintaining accurate records of all TDS transactions and related documentation, reply , correspondences with I Tax Dept. regarding U/S 201 and other related compliance ,

  • Collaboration:

Working with other teams (e.g., finance, accounting, legal) to ensure smooth TDS processes and compliance.

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
