We are currently looking for a smart, dynamic, and organized Female candidate to join our team as a Receptionist Cum Front & Back Office Executive.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:

Front Office / Reception:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff courteously.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is presentable.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication.

Back Office / Administrative:

  • Handle daily office operations, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Manage filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate courier, mail handling, and vendor management.
  • Support HR/admin functions with documentation and reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
