Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Installation Manager
 to oversee the end-to-end installation process of projects, ensuring timely completion, quality execution, and excellent client experience. The role demands strong planning skills, vendor coordination, and client communication to achieve handover targets, meet collection milestones, and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Advance Planning
 – Create and manage detailed installation schedules, resource allocation plans, and material readiness to ensure smooth execution.

2. Vendor Management
 – Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely availability of resources and adherence to quality standards.

3. Daily CRM Updates
 – Accurately update project and installation status in the CRM for tracking progress, reporting, and KPI measurement.

4. Client Tracking
 – Maintain regular follow-up with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction at every stage.

5. Planned vs Actual CRM Progress
 – Monitor project execution against planned timelines and take corrective actions for delays or deviations.

6. Schedule Adherence
 – Ensure all installations are completed as per agreed timelines without compromising quality or safety.

7. Client Escalation Management
 – Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and avoid project delays.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

· 50% Payment Collection
 – Achieve timely payment collection of at least 50% of the project value during execution as per milestones.

· Net Promoter Score (NPS)
 – Maintain high client satisfaction ratings through quality execution and smooth communication.

· Handover Target
 – Ensure projects are handed over on or before the committed date with zero pending defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in installation or execution management within interiors, construction, or fit-out projects.

· Proficiency in
CRM tools, project management software, and MS Office
.

· Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.

· Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
