Technical Capabilities

  • Good experience in Wiring Harness Design, CATIA V5, IFD, Info Fitment Drawing, 2D, 3D)
  • Knowledge of automotive Electrical & Electronics systems of Passenger Vans, Utility Vehicles & SUVs - Functional, design aspects, Application & integration. Understanding of the functional and physical interactions between vehicle sub-systems.
  • Experience in automotive design and development of minimum two or more of the following Electrical & Electronics aggregates & systems: i) Instrument Cluster ii) Switches iii) Infotainment System, Radios, Navigation, Speakers & Antennas iv) HVAC E&E system v) Engine Management ECU/ Automatic Transmission ECU & its sensors vi) Active safety system like ABS system & its sensors and Passive Safety Systems like Air Bags and its sensors vii) Wiring Harness
  • Knowledge & exposure to various manufacturing Processes related to E&E aggregates.
  • Experience in modelling & drafting software like CATIA V5 will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of all legislative national standards (CMVR/ AIS) and International regulatory Standards (EEC, ECE, GB etc.)
  • Good knowledge of DFMEA/DFM/DFS process
  • Good knowledge of preparing BOM and cost aspect.
