Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for KGK Entice India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, strategic planning, marketing, and managing both online and offline campaigns. Expertise in ATL marketing and social media management is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence across various channels.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and drive growth.

2. Operations Management:

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.

3. Online and Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Design and oversee offline campaigns such as events, trade shows, and ATL advertising (TV, radio, print).

4. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content, track analytics, and optimize social media performance.

5. Brand Management:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop creative marketing materials in collaboration with design teams.

6. Budget Management:

  • Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.

7. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
