to support our eProcurement solution.
About the Role
As an
eProcurement Solution Support Coordinator
, you'll be a key player in our product lifecycle, helping to translate client feedback into actionable enhancements and ensure smooth delivery through testing and coordination with our development team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding product feedback, enhancement requests, and feature discussions.
- Document and prioritize client requests, submitting clear and actionable points to the development team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requested features.
- Participate in functional testing of new features and enhancements before release.
- Track the progress of submitted requests and maintain transparent communication with clients on updates and timelines.
- Maintain internal records of client interactions, requests, and resolutions.
What We're Looking For
- Education:
BCA, B.Sc. IT, BE/B.Tech (IT/CS)
or similar. - 1–3 years of experience in client support, product coordination, or related roles
(preferred). - Experience or familiarity with procurement solutions, ERP systems, or enterprise software (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of software development and testing cycles is a plus.
