Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic App Tester to join our team. As an App Tester, you will be responsible for testing mobile and web applications to ensure they are user-friendly, functional, and bug-free before release. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues, suggest improvements, and deliver high-quality applications to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test mobile and web applications across different devices, platforms, and operating systems.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs or issues with clear steps to reproduce.
  • Perform manual and automated testing (if applicable).
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before app release.
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve app usability and performance.
  • Conduct regression, functional, UI/UX, and performance testing.
  • Ensure applications meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an App Tester, QA Tester, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with iOS, Android, and cross-platform testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Appium, TestRail) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Experience in writing test cases and creating test documentation.
  • Basic understanding of coding languages (Java, Python, etc.) is an added advantage.
