JOB Description:

TestCafe JD: Responsibilities: As a TestCafe Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites using TestCafe. You will ensure that applications are tested for cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI behavior. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams to define effective test strategies. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, maintain comprehensive test documentation, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines while monitoring test results for quality assurance. Required Skills: To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in automation testing. You must be proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript, with hands-on experience using TestCafe. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is essential. You should also be comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and possess strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Preferred: Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber. Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Playwright Automation Engineer – Sample Job Description Responsibilities: As a Playwright Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright. You will collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Your role will involve automating functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests across multiple browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. You will also integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and actively participate in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects. Additionally, you will contribute to agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions to align testing efforts with development goals. Required Skills: To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in test automation. You must have strong hands-on experience with Playwright, particularly using JavaScript or TypeScript. Familiarity with Node.js, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is essential. A solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs, is also required. Experience with test management tools like JIRA and TestRail will be beneficial. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus. Exposure to performance testing or API testing tools will be considered an added advantage.
