Work Experience:

  • 12–24 months in call-taking or customer-facing roles with detailed Process knowledge.
  • Maximum of 72 months of overall work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits and document findings accurately.
  • Identify areas for improvement and escalate to the Team Leader.
  • Address and resolve disputes raised by agents/partners with minimal acceptance issues.
  • Implement process updates as shared by the Team Leader.
  • Maintain complaint/red alert trackers.
  • Support and drive process improvement and optimization projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate/Diploma.

Required Skills:

  • Languages (Must): English & Hindi + Bengali or Marathi or Odiya or Assamese.
  • Process Knowledge: Experience in call centre or back-office operations.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with effective listening and feedback abilities.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Customer-centric approach with a focus on prioritizing and resolving customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to contribute to process development and optimization initiatives.
  • Experience-Specific Requirements:
  • SMEs/CSRs: In-depth understanding of their processes and Quality role.
  • QA candidates: Familiarity with quality standards and methodologies (QA experience is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
